To be able to support women in our network, we are looking for content writers to contribute to our blog, monthly newsletters, and quarterly digital magazines. The role is to deliver regular, original content that shows the unique perspectives of women from diverse backgrounds as they build their business venture locally and globally.

Ambassadors – Toronto

In order to grow our network, we are looking for outgoing, friendly ambassadors to represent TEN Women at local events. The role will involve getting to know not only Tamil women, but also men & women from other ethnic backgrounds, connecting with them, making them feel welcome, and providing them with opportunities through the TEN Women network.

Event Coordinator – Toronto

To provide opportunities for networking, we are looking for an event coordinator who can manage all facets of an event, provides outstanding customer service and build relationships with internal and external clients. The role will also involve anticipating project needs, discerning work priorities, preparing budgets, and meeting deadlines with little supervision while overseeing both small and large-scale events.

Event Assistants – Toronto

To ensure that we provide inspiring events, we are looking for event assistants who are detailed oriented to work with the event coordinator. The role will include setting up, greeting clients and guests, and aiding in the preparation of all areas that are required for a successful event.

Volunteer Coordinator – Toronto

TEN Women is a place where we ignite a passion for service, and we are looking for a volunteer coordinator who is able to oversee and manage our volunteers. The role will include recruiting people to join our team, ensure that their work is recognized within our network and the community, and rewards are distributed evenly.

Administrative Assistant – Toronto

To be a successful, global network that empowers women, we are looking for an administrative assistant who is a confident communicator and has strong organizational skills. The role will include handling inquiries and forwarding requests to the appropriate individuals, managing emails, tracking event enrolment, gathering post-event surveys, and aiding with tasks as required.
